This home is a colorful duplex in East Austin. The wide lot allowed us to build the units side-by-side. Each unit has a carport in front, which can also be used as patio or outdoor living space. Thoughtful design by Studio Momentum Architects can be see throughout. A custom-designed, natural steel, floor-to-ceiling stair rail is the focal point of the light-filled space.
