East 34th

This is a single family home near Cherrywood in East Austin.  This was our first new construction project. Thanks to our collaboration with Studio Momentum Architects, we ended up with a beautifully modern and colorful interior with a classic cottage exterior. This spacious four-bedroom home sat on a tree-filled sloping lot on a quiet, cozy street.
