This home is a duplex on a huge 1/3 acre lot in South Austin. The giant lot allowed us to build family-friendly, spacious homes, each with their own yard and two-car garage. Through thoughtful design by Studio Momentum Architects, the only shared walls were between the garages and utility rooms. Photos are of unit A; unit B is identical and in the back of the lot.
Our new homes come with Centricity’s 1-2-10 bonded builder warranty. One year on workmanship and materials; two years of major systems coverage; ten years coverage on major structural defects.
